Bryan Janeczko, Founder and Principal

Leadership in commercializing innovative, next generation consumer products, specialty food products and direct-to-consumer brands from conception to launch. I'm an innovator and entrepreneur seeking out extraordinary opportunities to fuel transformational experiences with the food and beverages that we consume. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about healthier living and serving others, which is why I founded my first food startup, NuKitchen, the direct-to-consumer, subscription based consumer products solution, making healthy eating delicious and convenient. Creating customized nutrition solutions and leveraging the latest culinary trends, we pioneered one of the first completely online subscription-based food models.

I have since been on a mission to bring 'better for you' emerging brands to life, from Crock-Pot Cuisine to Chut-Up, an innovative, millennial friendly brand that elevates the condiment experience.  I earned my MBA from the Stern School of Business and previously worked in Corporate Finance at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley. 


David Muson, Principal

I am a C-level executive with extensive finance, accounting and operations experience, as well as a seasoned investment banking and private equity professional with Consumer Products, Branded Luxury and Food & Beverage expertise.  I am experienced at growing and developing businesses through hands-on management, strategic planning and operational excellence.  I was a co-founder and Managing Partner of Kirenaga Partners LLC, a private investment firm backed by third-party capital. I have an extensive background in domestic and cross-border M&A advisory services, with more than 15 years of professional and investment banking experience principally within the Branded Consumer Products and Food & Beverage sectors.  My advisory deals represent an aggregate transaction value in excess of $5 billion.  Previously, I served as a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey's New York office, as a Vice President of Corporate Finance at BNP Paribas, as a Senior Associate at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance, and as a Consulting Manager at Arthur Andersen. 

I hold a BS in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan (Ross School of Business).

I develop business plans, financial models, and help keep multiples initiatives on track. I have a deep knowledge of Excel, dealing with large swaths of data and creating presentations that make ideas and concepts easy to understand. Healthy living is core to my being and I have a passion for finding ways to promote positive societal change by providing people with motivation to act for the greater good.  I want to make it easy for people to live lifestyles that are healthy for themselves and the planet. 

I'm a native of North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2016, where I majored in economics.
